Terms of service

1) I will endeavor to dispatch all items within a 2-3 day timescale. If there is a delay, I will contact you via email. These timescales do not include weekends or holidays. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Collection is available from local events I will be attending. See shipping policy for more information. 

2) All information, descriptions or content provided about an item is as accurate as possible. Colours may differ based on your phone settings. I cannot except responsibility for any difference you find between the physical product and its image on screen. 

3) Images on this website belong solely to Oopsie Daisy. 

4) We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Baby bibs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

The cost of the postage for the return must be arranged and paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed. See refund policy for more information. 

5) All items are handmade so each item is one of a kind. Pattern placements on each item may vary. 

6) Do not leave your small child unattended whilst wearing any of our accessories as there may be small parts that could break off and become a choking hazard.
